Stefano Rossotto

Located in Cinzano Torinese, on the border between the Turin hills and Asti Monferrato, the Stefano Rossotto winery has been a cornerstone of local winemaking for over a century. Freisa, Barbera, Bonarda, and Malvasia thrive on these sun-drenched slopes, where the Rossotto family has cultivated vines since 1923, when great-grandfather Ferdinando (Nando) founded the estate. Today, Matteo and Federico carry on the tradition with their father Stefano, combining deep-rooted passion with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Spanning 10 hectares, the winery balances innovation and tradition, using modern winemaking techniques and a photovoltaic system to reduce environmental impact while preserving the integrity of each grape variety. Wines are aged in an 18th-century cellar beneath the family villa, which also hosts the agriturismo Tenuta La Serra—offering traditional Piedmontese cuisine paired with wines that reflect the authenticity of both the land and the people behind them.
