We closed 2022 exhausted, yet fulfilled. Even though it was hard work, the first six months in business brought immense gratification. We introduced our wines to so many people as we drove more than 10,000 miles across Maryland and DC.   Fun fact: this distance is greater than a round trip flight between Washington and Rome! But it was well worth it, as the wines were greatly appreciated and we met amazing people along the way. 

After a well-deserved break in our respective continent, we rejoined in Italy to scout out new producers in Trentino-Alto Adige and Emilia-Romagna. As always, the wine quality resulting from attentive vineyard management and winemaking practices was impressive, and it won’t be easy to choose. We also visited some of our producers and tasted their new vintages: they were superb and won’t disappoint!  We are looking forward to sharing these new libations with you shortly.
